Big breakfast :). A feast prepared by my wife for a big person like me :). It is compose of bacon, egg, chicken nuggets, pancake topped with chocolate syrup and of course coffee. It was awesome!!!Yummy.
Adobo, everybody knows this is one of our signature dish, this is the food that represents the Philippines. This food makes us Filipinos, that is what the Adobo Connection Resto Grill tries to prove. Adobo Connection focuses on cooking classic and modernize variety of adobo recipes like, adobo cooked in gata, adobo flakes and the best Mother's traditional chicken Adobo and many more.This picture is just one sample of what they offer, this menu is called adobo rice. Jim's Retro Diner; if you're looking for a cozy retro place to eat then this is the place to go. They offer western food Varieties and additional pizza and Filipino dishes too. This Diner accepts all kinds of people and can accommodate groups too. Pizzas and Burgers and Sandwiches too. Big and small, easy to munch finger foods like french fries. They also added pancit (a Filipino delicacy) in their menu. Jim's Retro Diner is located at Lower Ground floor or La Azotea Building Upper Session Road Baguio City. And it is owned by Mr. James Sayang-od.
Dapitan's Pride
Dapitan's pride is but just one of the list of boodle food menu of Blackbear Seafood Island. A new and cozy Restaurant. Dapitan's Pride is composed of clam shells, shrimps, bicol express, inihaw na tilapia(barbeque fish), inihaw na baboy(pork barbeque), squid, crab and bagoong rice(native filipino rice). It's one of their best seller actually. The food is awesome and tasty. If you're looking for a food fight or food festival then Blackbeard Seafood Island is the best place to be. The restaurant is nice and warm, it looks like you're in a Beach Hotel or an Island paradise. They have an accommodating and polite staff and have a lot of list in their menu.
